About Me
I’m Michael, a licensed massage therapist based in Temple, Texas, where I’ve been practicing since 2023. I graduated from the Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin, Texas, and I’m a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals (ABMP).
Before massage therapy, I spent decades in the tech industry, and I still work full-time for a small company. As a father of three, I know firsthand the stress of daily life and how it can weigh on the body. That’s why I’m passionate about helping people relax and heal through massage.
My philosophy is that almost everyone is overstressed and taking time for our body to recover is essential to be healthy in the modern world. Massage is a chance to slow down (become parasympathetic) and give the body a chance to heal. My goal is to work through the layers of muscle and help bring attention from the outside while the mind relaxes from within. We go as far as we can in a session, even in deep tissue it shouldn’t be painful or become me forcing through tense muscles.
I’m a lifelong learner, always exploring new techniques to better serve my clients. Since earning my license, I’ve continued to study advanced modalities and techniques. I run this small practice to support my community and refine my skills, bringing relief and care to those who need it most.
